What Happpens when 100.000 people party together?

Well this most obvious answer would be: Lots of injured , raped and beaten up people, or rather just another Saturday night in town right ?

Normally I would not even consider to participate in an event like that – except when it comes to music festivals…….

I honestly don’t know why people are so peace-full at heart, friendly, tolerant and very help-full towards each other, but they are.

I have been going to festivals for more than 25 years ( not in a row though) and its the same picture, year after year.

The minute people enter the camping area of the festival they start lightning up, realizing that for the next 4 days, they don’t have to worry about a thing. Its like a sanctuary from the daily rat race. The only thing they have to take care of is having a lot of fun. You meet people from all over the world, all there for the same reason: Listening to some great music, talk to a lot of different people and simply just party.

Everybody has the same good intentions, and nobody wants any sort of trouble. I have never experienced any sort of fights in all the years I have participated in festivals.

Its a very unique and Divine experience to witness so many people with such a peace-full, positive mindset.

It reminds me of going to Seminars for Internet Marketers. If you haven’t been on a seminar yet, try as hard as you can to save up money to go. Its also a unique and Divine experience.

Everybody is there for the same reason: We all want to grow and learn more about Internet marketing. We also want to meet new partners for joint ventures, and good friends to help and be helped by.

And thats exactly what happens: Everybody is very open minded and extremely help-full. You can ask anybody any question, you might have and nobody thinks you are a silly fool, because they have all had exactly the same question you just asked them.

I strongly advice you to consider going to a seminar for a lots of reason. Just listen to my first seminar story:

The minute I had signed up and paid my ticket to my first seminar , I made my self a promise:

If I didn’t go to that seminar, my IM business would be over.

I started working so much harder, I wanted my first membersite to be finished, so I could talk about it at the seminar and then I also wanted to meet my big hero Simon Hodgkinson and not be completely without a plan if I ever got the chance to speak with him.

I was almost in tears when I arrived at the hotel in the UK. I am Danish, in case you didn’t know and I knew absolutely not a soul at that congress.

Well, long story short: I had the best weekend in a very long time. I met only like minded people, learned a ton of new valuable business ideas to go home and implement and I got a bunch of very loyal and beautiful friends.

Finally I did get to meet Simon Hodgkinson. I talked to him about an idea, that I had, and he decided to guide me through the needed steps to create a product from scratch. He guided me all the long way, and helped me avoid all the mistakes, he had made.

That’s how I came along creating Selling Scruffys.

End of seminar story – Not Bad Huh

So Don’t hesitate to go to IM seminars – It might change your life, just as it changed mine. Only one final advise if you decide to go:

Go with an open mind, just relax and remember, you are just as important to every marketer in the room as they are to you.

Don’t be too busy taking notes and don’t go to bed too early – its AFTER diner, in the bar, that the reel business starts – namely by getting to know each other. You might be a bit hung over the next day but you go home with partners, Jvs, and mentors, ready to help you – Why you may ask?

Simply because they know you , trust you and like you. You see hy it is SO important to be you – Not a slick marketer pretending to be extremely successfull.

Its quite funny: I know quite a few of the most famous marketers, and they are ALL, very humble and gratefull about their success and they really want to pass it on to new eager marketers, who are willing to take action.
