I want to apologize for my silence – I really have no excuse for not writing, except that I have been very busy figuring out, what I really want to do online. 

I honestly found myself so envious of people online with a small shoe-shop or clothes shop – because they didn’t have to invent the wheel and figure out the most clever way to come up with a product to sell. They could just focus on making the store look better and better and get more customers.

I got in contact with a business consultant, working with Eben Pegan and presented him to an idea, I was planning to start, BUT he shot it down and with very good reason ( read more in my article ” My business plan got shot down”).

He was not an evil man, quite the opposite – he saved me a lot of wasted time and energy and another failure on the CV

So back to research and step by step my focus shifted from internet to mobile marketing. Google places, local businesses and finally I found my business:
BUILDING BUSINESS APPS.

You may not know this , but I used to be a software developer, before I became a product designer, so I don’t find it too hard with technical stuff, so it seemed to be a niche, where I (for once) wasn’t 10 bloody steps behind all the ”successful” methods to create a business.

So Here I am again – happy as a bee, building APP’s for small and large business. I love it for two reasons:

I love to create products, and I love the close contact, I have with my customers, due to the nature of building their APPS and getting their input to the APP.

I really hope I haven’t lost the great contact I had with all my subscribers on this blog ( even though I do deserve it) – Are you still out there in orbit – give me a comment and I’ll head over to your blogs and see how you are all doing

whenever I am facing a hard obstacle in my business I tend to read way to many of these GREAT offers or latest tactics to speed up my business. BUT 90 times out a 100 , they are pure crap, but very well marketed.

The biggest problem is that among all the crap, there are some genuine Top Quality programs that REALLY can help you…So how to sort out the Scammers and make room for quality tools and gold nuggets for your business ?

Well I have done some research to find out how to avoid being scammed online. I also found out what their tactics are, so you know WHAT NOT TO DO on your sales page, to prevent yourself from being associated with these Scammers.

If you want to find our for instance how Scammers can easily change their Clickbanks or Paypal account, just by firing a script in their browser, change the figures and take a screeenshot – You can even try it out your self.

When I got my business idea shot down, I took a few days off, and just let my mind evaluate my journey so far. I asked my self the following questions:

1. What was the worst about my business idea being shot down ?
   The answer was that I were most disappointed about Not creating the very product.
2. What had I been doing in terms of getting some income?
   I had to admit that I have not been writing my list and tried to promote anything, that might have made me a little income. So I also had to admit that I was afraid to “bother” my list, or subconsciously I were afraid , they would all unsubscribe, so better leave it until I had something really fantastic to offer.
3. What are my weak points in internet marketing?
   Obviously I had to take the step and writing to my list and I also know that if you can generate a lot of traffic, you eventually will make a solid income.

So I have made the following decisions so far:
I love to create products. End of story – that is what really gets me on fire, so that is what I will do in my business, because this is where my passion is. Next time I get a GREAT idea for a product, I think I’ll find a partner, so the whole process will be easier for the both of us.

After that decision I immediately went on and created a brand new report, that I’ll cover in a separate post, in a few days.

I have also written to my list about that FREE report, and the sign ups are coming in – They didn’t leave my list , they didn’t write me that I am stupid, or my report sucks – Its all in my head. I am so proud, that I overcame the fear, faced it and just did it. It feels so good, especially since our list is our life and blood.

Finally I am now studying traffic with the purpose of really understanding and implementing different methods and taking notes, during the process, so I can pass it on.

I have found a great FREE tool if you are commenting on blogs, to get back links to your site:
The tool is called “Fast Blog finder” . You install it on your pc, type in a keyword phrase and it finds blog with DOFOLLOW (means you’ll get a backlink to your site (Green colour) and NOFOLLOW blogs (Red colour), blogs that will NOT give you a backlink. In the free version you’ll only get 50 blogs, but that should cover nicely for one search.
