About
| Tina Lindgren – Founder of SellingScruffys.com |
I am a Danish woman, who have fallen completely in love with Internet Marketing.
I have been employed in the IT business for more than 20 years. I started of as a programmer, but quickly moved forward to projectmanager. Then I progressed to Product Manager in numerous jobs. I got sick with stress and decided to start on my own on the internet. I managed to create my own product “Selling Scruffys” but didn’t have enough traffic to really make a living out of it. I then went back to a “real” job but missed IM so much that I decided to go back and give it a second shot. This time I have a mentor and he is guiding me with my new business. So this time I will make it. Being an online marketer is an ongoing process, that will make you better and better for each problem you solve. It’s hard at first,- all theese stupid technical errors, that can drive one completely insane, or completely unreadable manuals, or support emails, that just confuse you even more. then You finally get one problem solved and move on to next step and next problem. This rotten process has in fact given me the know-how to guide other marketers, when they are stuck in a problem. (So a very positive outcome) So just contact me if you are stuck! I am very good at explaining technical stuff in plain language. ( I once made a software system for nurses – they are fantastic to help people heal, but they were the most non techie people, I have ever met – that taught me to speak plain english My most important business rule is this:“Doing business is all about customer service and the way people should be treated. Japanese have the utmost respect for customers, as should all businesses. There is a saying in Japanese – “Kyakusama wa kami sama desu”, which literally means “Customers are Gods”. If you think about this, it is very true as without customers, we’d have no business. Take care of your customers and they’ll take care of you by remaining loyal lifelong customers and recommend your business to their friends and family.” Finally A little about me in private:I currently live in Denmark, raising a wonderfull daughter whom I love and cherish. She wants to become a singer and honestly, she does have a great voice. Currently she is attending a bording school, where her major is music. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, when I am not working. I am an avid reader and try to read at least one book a week mainly on business, marketing, and self-development. I am a former Danish champion in Volleyball (twice) and still play occasionally. I am crazy about sport – love to practice and I also love to watch football, handball, Athletics, and of course The Olympic games. I also spend lots of time going to Rock festivals and concerts, since music is a big part of my life. I look forward to Connecting with you.
